SUNSET HAPPY HOUR- Join us for a beautiful sunset and views of the valley with
music, signature cocktails and appetizers. $12 includes Gondola ride and $5 off food or
beverage of your choice; pay at the Gondola entrance. Season Pass holders are free and
can bring a friend for free. A perfect evening for the 21 and over crowd, Gondola uploads
between 5-8pm.

BRUNCH AT HAYMAKER NORDIC CLUBHOUSE
Breakaway from the crowds and enjoy a delicious Brunch at the Haymaker Nordic
Clubhouse. Featuring five different kinds of eggs benedict, quiche, carrot cake french
toast, omelets, and smoked pork chops and eggs. Plus, sip on your favorite beverage
to complement your meal. Serving brunch every Saturday and Sunday starting at

NEW! GUIDED MOONLIT SNOWSHOE TOUR AND DINNER
Take the gondola up to a one-mile guided snowshoe tour to Hazie’s Restaurant for

NIGHT SKIING: Stay up late with us and cruise down 1,100 vertical feet of
terrain. Christie Peak Express whisks you to top of Christie Peak where you
embark on your night adventure across 5 trails including Sitz, See Me/See Ya,
Vogue, Stampede and Lil’ Rodeo Terrain Park. Night Skiing is open
Thursday – Monday 5:30-8:30pm, tickets may be purchased at the Main
Ticket Office.
WHITE DOCTOR DEMO SKI’S: Come demo our new white-doctor skis,
created by a small production company based out of France, committed to the
production of a quality ski. Exclusively provided by The Pro Shop, in Gondola
Square, Pro Shop Sales & Service Center (Yurt) at the top of the Gondola, and
Sheraton Ski & Sport, slopeside in the Sheraton hotel.
The Deso Foundation remembers Justin DeSorento on his birthday each
year, February 5th by sharing his story at his favorite ski resort,
Steamboat. The DeSo Foundation supports numerous charitable
organizations throughout the Yampa Valley including the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s Scholarship
Fund for community students through the Yampa Valley Community Foundation.
BEAR RIVER BAR AND GRILL AND THE UMBRELLA BAR: New this year The
Umbrella Bar is having a BLOODY MARY HAPPY HOUR on Sundays -10am-noon with $5
Bloody Marys and $5 breakfast sandwiches. Located at the base of the mountain on the Bear
River Bar and Grill deck.
Kick off Happy Hour at the BEAR RIVER with live music daily from 3:30-6:30. HAPPY
HOUR specials include: a free sample of Jack Honey with purchase of any draft or specialty
cocktail, $4 Bud/Bud Light, $5 micros. Daily drink specials!
The BEAR RIVER is open during night skiing with a full menu of entrees and nightly specials.
Friday night is ALL YOU CAN EAT FISH FRY for $14.95. Saturday is Prime Rib night: with
potatoes and vegetable for $14.95-$27.95.
FIRST TRACKS - Be the first to enjoy the mountain! Access the First Tracks terrain
early by boarding the gondola between 8:00am and 8:15am. You'll have special access
to terrain from the Sundown Express, Sunshine and South Peak lifts and the famous
Priest Creek area before anyone else. Intermediate and Advanced Skiers and
Snowboarders only. Tickets are $35.
MOUNTAIN OUTFITTERS - Steamboat’s premier shopping experience with men’s

KIDS’ ADVENTURE CLUB AT NIGHT - Every Saturday night through Mar. 28th, 2015 Open 5-10pm, for
ages 5-12 years old. Kids play games and enjoy a ride up the gondola to Western BBQ to watch movies, and have tons of

SKI WITH BILLY KIDD- Join Steamboat's Director of Skiing, 1964 Olympic Silver Medalist and World
Champion Billy Kidd, for some free pointers and a run-down Heavenly Daze. Check the sign at the top of the
gondola to see if Billy is skiing today, and join him in front of the BK sign at the top of Why Not at 1:00pm.
GUIDED GOURMET SNOWSHOE LUNCH - Join a Steamboat Ambassador for
an informative snowshoe tour followed by a gourmet lunch at Hazie’s restaurant.
Tours depart from the Information Center at 10am; please arrive at the Information
Center by 9:45am. The cost is $65.00 and includes everything. Appropriate
footwear is required.
HAYMAKER NORDIC CENTER & CLUBHOUSE
Experience over 8km of Cross Country (Classic and Skate) and Snowshoe trails, open
daily 9am-4pm. New this year on Thursdays and Sundays Haymaker has 2km of
trails open for dogs.
After your time on the trails, warm your toes by the fire in the Nordic Clubhouse, and enjoy a
hearty lunch featuring house made soups and stews, healthy salads, Boat Burger and a variety
of sandwiches: Specials: Tuesday- Boat Burger starting at $6, Friday – Fish Fry $9.95,
and Daily- Ski Pass and Lunch for $25.

THE PROSHOP AND YURT - Stop by the Pro Shop at the entrance to Gondola Square to
try the most current skis on the market. The ProShop also carries technical outerwear,
accessories, as well as GoPro cameras along with all the attachments you can imagine!
THE YURT at the top of the Gondola offers demos too and is a convenient location to stop and try another pair of skis.
The expert crew in the also offers edge sharpening and hot-wax for both skis and snowboards at a modest price, and all in
just about 20 minutes- so stop in and drop ’em off on your way for lunch! The ProShop is open daily 8am-6pm and The
Yurt is open 8:30am-3pm.

SKI WITH A NATURALIST
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm, December 16th-March 19th - Meet at the Why Not trailhead at the top of
the Gondola. Free. *Lift ticket not included. No registration required. This program is offered in partnership
with Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation and the US Forest Service.
NASTAR is open daily and is located in the Bashor Race Area. The cost is $12 per person for unlimited runs
from 10:30-1:30pm. Purchase passes on-site at Bashor Race Area. Call 970-871.5387 with questions.
NASTAR Training Course: The NASTAR dual race-training course is an excellent way to warm up for your
race. Race in a 'pro race' format and challenge your friends! A digital display shows your time up to the
hundredth of a second. NASTAR training course is open daily from 10:00am until 3:00pm for $1 per run.
FREE STEAMBOAT AMBASSADOR SKI TOURS - Our Ambassador staff offers a fun, informative
mountain ski tour daily at 10:30am. Tours last about 1½ hrs. Intermediate and above skiers and riders are
welcome. Just show up at the "Mountain Tour" sign at the top of Vagabond Trail at 10:15 am located just
outside the Thunderhead building. Look for the Ambassadors in the bright yellow jackets.
