Dear All!
I have a great pleasure to invite future participants of the European Indoor
Rowing Championships to Szczecin. I am pleased to say that we will host
competitors of that developing sports discipline in one of the most beautiful
Polish cities. I am convinced that our city oﬀers an adequate potential,
experience and appropriate hotel and sports infrastructure for such
competitions. Our sports hall opened in 2014, the arena for the competition
– for sure will attract numerous enthusiasts of rowing in a stationary form.
The location of Szczecin oﬀering a tremendous potential for water sports,
rowing included, constitutes an additional asset. We are proud of our
competitors and their achievements on sports arenas. We hope that thanks
to that popularity we will manage to organize the European Indoor Rowing
Championships in a most prestigious manner.
I believe that competitors will achieve very good sports scores and a lot of
personal satisfaction. Simultaneously, we hope that spectators will have lots
of excitement and only happy moments during their stay in Szczecin.

Dear Colleagues! I have a great pleasure to invite you sincerely to the European Rowing Indoor
Championships, which will be held in my hometown of Szczecin. As a former rower, Olympic medalist
and multiple World and Europe Champion I may say that I have participated in many similar
competitions. That is why I am inviting you so heartedly to this beautiful city which has engaged into
that undertaking with a great zeal conducting extensive preparations to that sports event.
I am convinced that with your participation this discipline will become even more popular and
it will attract interest of young people in sports. Already now, I wish all competitors much satisfaction
with achieved successes, and I wish our guests lots of memorable moments in Szczecin.

Top 3 rowers will be awarded with European Indoor Rowing Championships medals.
Best rowers in each age category will be awarded with Szczecin Open medals.
