While 2014 is coming to an end, it reminds us to look forward to what 2015 has in store for us, and for the St.
Joseph Regional High School baseball team the future is shining brightly. The 2015 Green Knights are starting to prepare
to defend their title as the 2014 NJSIAA North "A" Sectional Champions.
The 2015 season will mark 2 very historic celebration in SJR Baseball history. The first point is the 50th
Anniversary of varsity baseball at SJR. It all started in 1965 and in that time we have become the premiere high school
program in the State with winning seasons in 34 of the last 35 years and 20+ wins in the last 17 years consecutively. This
season will also mark the end of an era with the retirement of Head Coach Frank Salvano after 28 year and over 600
victories.
To maintain the professional caliber of our program and facilities we are asking for your support. We have some
great ideas, and would like you to be part of them as a supporter of SJR baseball in some way. We have a team specific
web site at www.SJRBaseball.com, Facebook and Twitter pages and are offering listings and links. We will also be
offering a limited number of supporter signage opportunities at our fields that will be available on a game day only and
24/7 season long basis. Attached to this letter is a contract / donation sheet with information. You can support the team
with as little as a single line booster, all the way to a full blown Grand Slam support package including web site, and
signage. Whatever you can do to support SJR baseball is greatly appreciated.
In kind donations of needed equipment, supplies and concession stand needs are also a great way to help. We
also run a beefsteak fundraiser with a tricky tray, so products or gift certificates to be used as prizes are always welcome

The Grand Slam Club is offering various levels of support which will help us help the team.
“Single” Supporter - $25 donation* – 120 character text line on the SJRBaseball.com supporter page.
“Double” Supporter - $75 donation* – Approx 3” x 2” color graphical image with link and 40 additional text characters
on the SJRBaseball.com supporter page and Facebook page.
“Triple” Supporter - $250 donation – 27” x 18” double sided full color lawn sign to be placed around the dugout / press
box area during all SJR home baseball games (approx 40 dates at all levels) visible to everyone during the 2015 season.
Also includes the "Double" level web presence / link.
“Home Run” Supporter - $500 donation (limited to first 4 respondents at this level) – A 2.5' x 6' full color banner to be
placed on the bull pen fencing on the home team side of the SJR field. These signs will remain on the fence 24/7 from
March 1st through October 31st. They will be visible to all fans, players and coaches of all levels that play at the SJR
baseball complex Also includes the "Double" level web presence / link.
* We are also looking for “door prize” donations for a tricky tray at our beefsteak fundraiser to be held on
February 13th. Any donation of a “door prize” will be recognized at the dinner and on our web site as a "Single
Supporter". If the value is over $75, we will treat it as a "Double Supporter". The door prize donations are separate and
distinct from all other supporter levels which require a financial donation.

letterhead. Be advised that non-electronically submitted artwork/photos may decrease the crispness of the final product
