Tom Foos, President: 25 years of military, public administration and corporate security experience. Held a number of senior management positions within state government and has extensive experience in business management, leadership, military operations and business development. Jeff Podracky, Chief Operating Officer: 20 years of experience in the areas of business operations, program development, security threat and vulnerability assessments, workplace violence prevention, business investigations, executive protection and critical incident management planning. Former Detective Sergeant with Mahoning County Sheriff's Department and 30 years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol achieving the rank of Assistant Superintendent. Edward G. Buikema, Director of Preparedness and Response: Regional Director/Administrator for FEMA Region V and Director of the Department of Homeland Security's Region V. Commander and Assistant Director of the Emergency Management Division of the Michigan State Police. Krista Houk, Senior Consultant: Former Emergency Services Manager for the Division of Emergency Services for San Francisco Department of Emergency Management. Developed training and exercise plans, procedures and courses related to Emergency Operations Centers as well as training/exercises compliant with NIMS, ICS, and HSEEP. Barb Farr, Senior Consultant: 30 years of demonstrated leadership experience developing partnerships in the emergency management arena at the local, state, national and international levels. Former Director of the Vermont Emergency Management (VEM). Gary Miller, CEM, Senior Consultant: Served as Director of Disaster Services for the 25 county Cincinnati Area Chapter / Region of the American Red Cross. Served the American National Red Cross as the Senior Director for Major Disaster Operations, and continues to serve on the team that represents the Red Cross at the Homeland Security Emergency Operations Center in Washington, DC. Keith Markley, Senior Consultant: 30 years of emergency management, training and stakeholder outreach experience. Former Richland County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director and Madison Township Fire Chief. Lee Foster, Project Operations: 8 years of experience in program policy, development and implementation. Experience with emergency management, judicial system and investigative experience as well as completion of Masters level coursework in Criminal Justice, specializing in Homeland Security Administration. Vern Chenevey, Director of Law Enforcement Programs: Over 40 years of military and law enforcement experience. Held various senior leadership positions within the country’s 7th largest police department. Executive Director of a CALEA accredited state of Ohio law enforcement training / certification agency. Tim Creedon, Senior Consultant: Over 25 years as a FBI Special Agent with experience in foreign counterintelligence, organized crime, white collar crime and SWAT operations. Graduated from Ohio Dominican University and holds a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Steve Martin, Senior Consultant: Franklin County’s 51st Sheriff, sworn into office on June 2, 2011, and is currently a Senior Consultant with ARMADA. As Franklin County Sheriff, Mr. Martin oversaw a $94,000,000 budget and nearly 1,000 employees. Josh Rock, Security Specialist: Mr. Joshua Rock has over 14 years of experience as security specialst working with K-­‐12 school districts, Universities, Fortune 500 companies and the US governemnt. Prior to joinign ARMADA, Mr. Rocks gained extensive security and protective skills during his time withithe U.S. Army and as a government contactor working in combt theaters. Harry Trombitas, Senior Consultant: Mr. Harry Trombitas has over 36 Years of Law Enforcement experience, including 29 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Created information-­‐sharing networks between law enforcement and private sectors, targeting Violent Crime, Crimes against Children, Cyber Crime, Financial Institution Crime, and Homeland Security Issues. Clarke Kiner, Senior Consultant: 30 years of law enforcement experience with the Ohio State Highway Patrol; Columbus District Commander.
