Message from the Managing Director “Sowga featured amongst the best of the best” There are those who advocate, and those who do. There is a huge difference between using a soapbox and actually getting your hands dirty. I've spent many years and hours and hours of my time doing what I do, and aiming to lead my team by example. I have always maintained the same set of principles. These are also our company principles and every member of the Sowga team is guided by these. Sowga Management Systems The Customer is King – Focus on the customer and work backwards from there. Exceed expectations – Deliver what is expected plus a little something extra. Insist on the highest standards – Good isn’t good enough, always strive for excellence. Take ownership of your work – Act on behalf of the company, never say ‘that’s not my responsibility’ We are able to measure the success of these principles through the feedback and recognition that we consistently receive from our customers and industry peers.
