Keratin Protein | Keratin is one of the most important proteins in the human body.
Formed by keratinocytes, cells that are naturally present in hair, skin, and nails,
keratin makes up approximately 90% of hair and a large portion of the skin.
Keratin is a highly specialized fibrous protein, distinct from other proteins in that
it is rich in cysteine, which can be cross-linked covalently into disulfide bonds,
giving it a unique strength and protective quality.

Kera-Tein 1000 is particularly useful for treating hair that has been damaged due to permanent waving, chemical
