Kentuckiana Cluster of Dog Shows Attention Exhibitors Using Reserved Grooming Space For many years, the Kentuckiana Cluster of Dog Shows has provided Reserved Grooming Space for exhibitors who wish to take advantage of this service. The following policies serve as a reminder & are being clarified at this time: 1. Those areas closest to the conformation rings are reserved for exhibitors who fill out & submit a Reserved Entry Form prior to the date & time of closing February 26, 2014 at 12:00 Noon for Grooming Space (no forms are accepted after the closing date & time). 2. Space will be assigned based on those dogs that are listed ON THE RESERVED ENTRY FORM. 3. Due to the sheer number of entries & Reserved Entry Forms received, exhibitors should be aware that Reserved Grooming Space is partially controlled via a computer system. 4. An exhibitor, handler, owner or anyone else may not enter the SAME DOG on more than one form. 5. An exhibitor, handler, owner or anyone else must COMPLETELY fill out the form. 6. If a dog is being entered in conjunction with a National, Regional or Local Specialty, all efforts will be made for the grooming area to be placed as close to the breed ring(s) as possible. However, the space allotted to each exhibitor is determined by the size of the dog being entered. • • • Reserved Grooming Space A limited number of grooming spaces will be available by reservation near ringside on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are for four days. No partial reservations will be accepted. Reservations will not be accepted if received after 12:00 Noon, February 26, 2014.
