Hagen Döring has been working in the cosmetics and personal care industry for more than 20 years now. He graduated with a master of business administration at the University of Wales. One of the most important is the loss or redistribution of subcutaneous fat, which modifies the face’s balance and the body contour – unfortunately to the detriment of our global appearance. Subcutaneous adipose tissue is predominantly formed of adipocytes that accumulate lipids in their cytoplasm. Until recently, it was thought that there were only two types of adipocytes, white and brown; however, recent studies have demonstrated that the human body contains a third type: beige adipocytes. In the course of this seminar it will be explained how successful modulation of adipocytes can be achieved and what kind of benefits the formulator, the marketer and most notably the consumer will have. Mit zunehmendem Alter durchläuft unsere Haut eine Reihe von Veränderungen. Eine der wichtigsten sind Verlust und Umverteilung von subkutanem Fettgewebe, was zu Veränderungen des Gesichtsvolumens und der Körperkontur führt – und das leider jeweils zum Nachteil des äußeren Erscheinungsbildes. Subkutanes Fettgewebe wird hauptsächlich aus Adipozyten gebildet, die in ihrem Zytoplasma Lipide speichern. Bis vor Kurzem ging man davon aus, dass es zwei Typen von Adipozyten gibt: weisse und braune. Doch neue Studien zeigen, dass es im menschlichen Körper einen dritten Typen gibt, nämlich beige Adipozyten. Im Laufe des Seminars wird aufgezeigt wie die erfolgreiche Modulation von Adipozyten funktioniert und welchen Nutzen das für dem Produktentwickler, dem Marketier und vor allem dem Anwender bringt.
