Modular counter systems
with hot, cold and ambient
counters
The Porkka range of modular hot, cold and ambient
temperature food preparation counters allows users
to select the combination of temperatures and
configuration of each counter using Porkka’s online
Counter Configurator.

Temperature recorder and
data logger
Extending cold storage in
the Outer Hebrides
The Porkka XDL -01 Temperature Recorder makes it
very easy to record and log the detailed operational
performance of our cold rooms, with the facility to
download data to a USB memory stick for analysis and
sharing with third parties where required.
Porkka is currently constructing a bakery cold room
system for the Spar store and shop on the island of
Benbecula in the Outer Hebrides. The new cold room
complex, which comprises two rooms separated by a
corridor, adds to the two Porkka cold rooms already in
use by the store.

New sales staff
We are very pleased to welcome two new members to
the Porkka sales team. Michael Jones and Paul Williams
bring a wealth of experience to the team and will soon
be contacting trading partners and customers in their
areas. Michael will be responsible for the south and west
of England, while Paul will cover the north of England.
Space saving dual combi
rooms
Available in a wide selection of sizes, Porkka dual
temperature combination (‘Combi’) cold rooms are an
ideal solution when space is at a premium and two
different temperature cold rooms are required.

Christmas Opening
Porkka UK will be closing for the Festive
period at 5.00pm on Friday 19th December 2014 and
reopening at 8.30am on Monday 5th January 2015.
