That Adhoc employee is on the cadre strength of pSpCL.
ii) That work and the cbnduct of the employee is satisfactory.
iii) That the adhoc employee have already obtained/produced medical
fitness certificate issued form the competent authority at
the time of
entry in service and its entry is made in his service book, if not
already
done, its compliance may be made now before making
an entry with
regard to regularization in the service book.
iv)
That the character and antecedents verification report of
adhoc
employee has been obtained from the concerned Distt.Magistrate
and
the entry of the same has been made in his Service Book
and if the same
has not been done action in this regard be taken
now.

The above orders to regularize the service of above noted
Adhoc_
employee is issued without prejudice to the out come the pending
Court
Cases in various Courts of punjab Government if anv.
vi)
He will be governed by the new defined contributory pension
Schem
