Ashish Rajpal is the Founder and CEO of
iDiscoveri Education Pvt. Ltd. Over the
last decade, Ashish has played a
pioneering role in on-ground innovation
in Indian school reform, in conceiving the
idea of XSEED and also orchestrating its
scale-up across 1000 schools. Ashish has
been acknowledged by Education World
Magazine as one of the top 50 leaders
changing Indian education and has been invited to speak at
MIT's Legatum Convergence.

The XSEED School of Tomorrow conference has always
addressed issues which have been pertinent to school
leaders across geographies in imparting meaningful and
effective learning to students. The theme of last year’s
conference was Adapting to Change where speakers
talked about how it was relevant for all schools to adapt
to the rapidly changing education environment and
focus on concept based learning, away from rote.

Daniel Goleman is an internationally known psychologist
and a science journalist. His book Emotional Intelligence
was named one of the 25 “Most Influential Business
Management Books” by the TIME magazine and was on the
New York Times Best Seller list consistently for one and a
half years.

Brazil, South Africa, United States and the
Czech Republic.She is a Fulbright Scholar
and has received awards for her work from the Karnataka state

The father of Multiple Intelligences, Prof. Howard
Gardner addressed over 3500 educators, business
leaders, teachers and students on a range of topics
including child centered education, creativity, good
work, different kinds of minds for the future and
education in an era of globalization. The tour was very
well-timed and came at a time when the education
system in the country is gearing up to get revolutionized.
It has already managed to generate serious dialogue
between the Indian public, the media and policymakers.
Exercising Leadership in Schools Workshop Series from XSEED
The workshop focusses on practical tools to overcome
barriers in establishing quality in the teaching and
learning processes in schools and look at ways on how
good teaching could become a practice in all classrooms.
It helps in setting up leadership practices in schools, to
sustain quality education in the schools domain. These
workshops are held all through the year across India.
