preferences, and food allergies using Computrition
 Examine patient meal trays to ensure correct foods items for appropriate diet and texture
 Conduct food safety audits, waste audits, HACCP and temperature logs, sanitation inspections
and establish corrective action where necessary
 Manage daily staff schedule of 50 members and delegate duties to ensure efficient service
 Conduct weekly training sessions with staff members on occupational health and safety
 Conduct meal rounds and communicate with patient families to ensure satisfactions
