* Mandatory Palmdale Estates Catering for all
events at Nella Terra Cellars.
* Music must cease one hour before the event
ends.
* More than one event may take place on the
property each day.
* No whipping cream, shaving cream, toilet
paper, cans, etc is allowed to be decorated on
the newlywed car.
* No birdseed, rice, confetti, or bubbles are
allowed to be thrown as the couple departs.
Nella Terra Cellars suggests the couple to
purchase bells to be distributed to their
guests.
* No stapling, taping, or tacking anything
indoors and/or outdoors on Nella Terra
Cellar’s property.
* No honking of horns is allowed on the
property.
* A Nella Terra Cellars property/security
personnel must be contracted for service on
the event date for $150.

Sundays on a three day weekend: $5,000

Ceremony Only: $2,500 with a 4-hour minimum
and Mandatory $19.95 appetizer package with
event manager
The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars is open all
year long to book events
The rental fee of The Vineyards at Nella Terra
Cellars includes the following items only:
* 5 Rectangular tables 8’ x 2’ 1/2”
* 20 Round tables 66”
* 1 Round table 48”
* 8 Round tables 36”
* 6 Serpentine tables 4’ x 2’ 1/2“
* 200 White folding chairs (used outdoors only)
* 200 Gold Chiavari Chairs (used indoors only)

The rental fee includes the services to set-up and
break-down tables and chairs and janitorial
clean-up for up to 200 guests. Extra fees apply
above 200 guests — please inquire.
Capacity of Nella Terra Cellars:
400 guests outdoors
300 Guests under Tent
Booking Requirements
* A deposit of 50% of the facility fee and 25% of
the estimated catering costs is needed to reserve
a date.
* The deposit is applied towards the Facility and
catering fees.
* The deposits are nonrefundable if date is
cancelled at any time.
* Lessee will be responsible for entire rental fee
if date is cancelled and is not re-booked.
* Rental fee balance is due nine months in
advance.
* Overtime is $500 per hour
* Holidays that fall on Monday-Thursday are
charged at a rate of $500 per hour. (8 hour
minimum)
* New Years Eve is charged at a rate of $500 per
hour. (8 hour minimum)
* Insurance Policy in the amount of $1,000,000
must be provided by the Lessee naming Nella
Terra Cellars and Palmdale Estates as an
additional insured.
* A $500 Refundable Damage Deposit is due 30
days Prior to your event.

Procedures
* Events held at The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars
are required to use catering through Palmdale
Estates Catering.
* All boxes, directional signs, balloons and posters
must be removed from The Vineyards at Nella Terra
Cellars at the end of Lessee’s rental hours.
* Lessee shall provide a Wed Safe insurance policy for
$1,000,000 naming Nella Terra Cellars and Palmdale
Estates Catering as additional insureds against all
claims for injuries to persons or damages to property
which may arise from or in connection with the
lessee’s operation and use of the leased premises The
cost of the insurance shall be borne by the Lessee.
* The 8 hour rental time frame requires the ceremony
to be held 2 hours after the start of the 8 hours. For
the first 1 1/2 hours the property is only made
available for your bridal party, wedding vendors and
family members. Guests can start to arrive 30
minutes before your scheduled ceremony.
* The minimum guest count is 175 for a Saturday
event from June - October.
* A dressing room is provided for the women in our
bridal room. The bridal room is only a changing
room and is not intended for make up and hair
procedures.
* A place to wait before the ceremony is provided for
the men in our wine tasting room. This area has a
private bathroom; however, it is not intended to be a
changing area. We recommend the men come dressed
in their suits/tuxedos.

* Extra guest tables and chairs that are required are
rented from an outside rental company at the
following fees:
* 60” guest table at $8.00 each
* White folding chairs at $3.00 each
* Gold chiavari chairs at $4.00 each
* It is highly suggested for the Lessee to provide a
parking greeter around the time guests arrive.
* The initial deposit is immediately deposited and
applied towards the rental fee and catering fee. The
deposit is nonrefundable if the Lessee cancels their
date.
* The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars’ set-up and
break-down crew may be working on the premises
during the first and last hour of lessee’s event.
* Although The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars
generally books only one event per day per rental
facility, sometimes, especially on Saturdays in high
season, two events could be booked on the same date
at the same facility, one after the other.
* The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars recommends
that Lessee put directional signs in the property to
help their guests locate their rental and parking area.
All directional signs, balloons and posters must be
removed from The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars
at the end of Lessee’s rental hours.
* The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars provides the
lessee the initial set-up and break-down of tables and
chairs. Any subsequent re-arrangements of tables
and chairs are serviced by The Vineyards at Nella
Terra Cellars’ catering staff. If there are any last
minute changes due to weather or other causes the
lessee will need to provide additional help to assist
The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars’ crew.
* Rehearsals do not take precedence over maintenance/
watering of the lawns. The Vineyards at Nella Terra
Cellars cannot guarantee dry ground for the
rehearsals since watering takes place Mon.-Thurs.
* Rehearsals are scheduled in accordance with the
available openings at The Vineyards at Nella Terra
Cellars.
Lessee should understand that the person who has
helped them book their event may not be the event
manager on the day of Lessee’s event. The Lessee
will be notified approximately 3 months prior to
their event as to who will be the event manager. Note: The Vineyards at Nella Terra Cellars manager
should not be confused for a wedding consultant/
coordinator. !
