All roads will lead to Batesville, Mississippi on January 9th and 10th, 2015. We will convene at the Sardis District Educational Building located at 582 Lee Street, Sardis, MS. The opening of the Retreat will begin with an on-site registration on Friday, January 3, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. The Welcome Assembly will begin at 6:00 p.m. Our Saturday session will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. The hotel accommodations can be made through the Econo Lodge, 221 Lakewood Drive, Batesville, MS 38606. You can begin making your reservations by calling 662-563-4400 you must mention General Missionary Baptist Youth Directors Meeting to receive the group rate of $70.00 Single or Double occupancy. The deadline for your room reservation is November 9, 2014. I am asking that everyone, if possible, stay at this location.
