Testified in deposition as expert witness numerous times in cases relating to crew injury
on tugs and fishing boats, appraisals of yachts, tug and barge rates, hull and machinery
damage, and cargo damage. Testified in binding arbitration in Canada on damages to
three steel dump barges. Testified in State Court regarding suitability for tow of a U.S.
Navy Ship.
