YPONextGen Forum As a Youth and Family benefit of YPO‐WPO, YPONextGen Forums (previously referred to as YAF) connect young adult children of YPO‐WPO Interna onal members to each other, providing them with a safe and confiden al global peer network. Currently there are more than 80 confirmed YPONextGen Forums reaching more than 700 young adults worldwide. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN? FORUM TRAINING 
Each prospec ve Forum member is required to a end 8 hours of formal Forum educa on prior to joining a Forum. The Forum Fundamentals program is devoted to understanding and prac cing the core principles of Forum: confiden ality, Forum Language Protocol, and personal responsibility. 


Son or daughter of a current YPO‐WPO Interna onal member Ages 18‐39 with appropriate segmen ng to take into account peer groups Must par cipate in Forum Fundamentals prior to joining Must be willing to commit to one 4‐hour Forum mee ng per month BENEFITS 

A YNG Forum Champion:  Helps set up trainings for YNG Forum members  Acts as a conduit between new YPONextGen members and Forums  Connects Forums with each other and the local YPO‐WPO chapter  Is there to guide Forums through challenges and help oﬀer solu ons  Ensures Forum protocol is in place and Forums are func oning at op mal health Time commitment is minimal—perhaps a few mee ngs with Moderators, responses over emails and in person mee ngs around trainings and local events.
