Kristin Simpson specializes in face painting and
storytelling. She blames the whole thing on her church.
When her church needed a volunteer to face paint at a
children's carnival, Kristin's journey began. Then, they
started a clown ministry. She went to clown school and
started clowning as “Dilly Bean.”
Kristin and her company, Starshine Faces, have been
painting faces and clowning around for over 13 years.
They love to entertain children and adults at birthday
parties, company picnics, kids zones for festivals, fairs,
races and college football games.
After taking a Bible storytelling course from a missionary at her church Story Expressions Shows were
created. By combing the imagination of storytelling
with the artistry of face painting, she created a unique and entertaining experience
for all ages.
Kristin has taught face painting classes for church groups, schools, libraries,
clown conventions and was a guest instructor for Magic City Clown School.
