To which extent will „Smart refurbishment alliance“ support private owners
within the project-area?

The involved project partners will consult up to 50.000m² of residential area in 4-10
individual building objects depending on the individual building size
▪
The project aims to implement refurbishment measures at a floor residential area of
42.000m² and offers about 1.200.000€ funding costs
When will the first „Smart refurbishment alliance“ starts?

The consulting process with interested owners and owner associations started already

The refurbishment measures have to be implemented until January 2019
Actually about 35.00m² of residential area were consulted since the start of the
project
In spring 2017 first interested home owner associations will decide about the
implementation
