Question 1
Is it possible to send the proposal via email ?
Answer:
To ensure timely delivery it is possible to submit a digitally encrypted version of the scanned documents. The
password has to be send after the submission deadline. In case neither a paper version nor an encrypted
digital version of the offer is received within the deadline, the offer will be disqualified from the process.
Question 2
The tender doesn't specify how many user it is for. Can you confirm that it is an IP access company wide ?
Answer:
There will be two users (sitting in Dublin) who need access. The data will be used for reports which are distributed within the company.
Question 3
What does the term “sufficient technical and organizational measures” (please see - A2 Data Protection
Declaration) mean?
Answer:
This is a standardize term and means that you should have appropriate security measures to prevent the
personal data you hold being accidentally or deliberately compromised, e.g. only authorized people can
access and non-disclosure agreement in place.

Is it possible to state the FMS Service Company as a reference within this tender?
Answer:
Yes, it is possible.

Is it possible to state a monthly all- in price instead of an all- in price per country data sheet?
Answer:
Yes, it is possible. The monthly all-in price should at least cover 20 country data sheets per month.
Please make also sure to state your price excl. tax.
Question 6
Is the delivery via FTP server required or could there be other modes of transferring the data?
Answer:
Is it important to receive the final data in an excel spreadsheet that can be manipulated. This could be made
available via FTP server, via secured email or via webpage where the files can be easily exported as excel
files.
