Our Volunteer says
‘I volunteered for a week at YHA Edale which was an experience I will
never forget and has given me amazing and lasting memories. I am
currently doing an undergraduate Youth Studies degree so summer camp
volunteering was a good way to gain practical experience.
Whilst on camp I met some amazing people and the young people had
a lasting effect on me. The young people on the camp were some of the
most funniest, energetic and fantastic young people I have come across
throughout my years of volunteering. The YHA staff were very helpful and
were on call when you needed a helping hand.
Thank you again YHA for giving me this opportunity to gain many skills
and memories which will stay will me and help me to progress into my
future career.’
