putting his best foot down - by doing a
300 mile bike ride to raise money for the
disabled charity SCOPE. Darren, 48, who
has raced for Great Britain and his brother
Allan,52, will attempt the marathon ride from
London to Paris, via a ferry from Dover to
Calais, in just 24 hours on July 5. The brothers
are training up to 20 hours a week so they can
complete the grueling ride and raise as much
money as they can for disabled people and their
families. You can sponsor Darren and Allan at

n Improvements at BRYN GYNOG are on-going, with new
lighting on the lower levels and vastly improved water pressure on
the Park after we discovered and repaired over 20 water leaks during
the past six months. We are working closely with the Bryn Gynog
Residents Association
to solve the problems.

It was a century not
out for the wonderful

and friends.
n At BLUELEIGHS, following the passing of expert crafter
Norma Miller, 70, a group of residents got together to help sell
her work and cards on e-bay and at fayres in Great Blakenham.
Thanks to Bobbie Barton, Margaret Bushell, Sue Broomfield and
Brenda Shackleton for their efforts in raising £130 which will be
donated to St Elizabeth Hospice in Ispwich by Norma’s son Gary.
n A big thank you to all the residents on CROUCH PARK,
including park manager David Cox, assistant manager
Maureen Manning, Wendy, Sue, Mo, Max, Jeff and all the
gang who helped DIANNE WOODLEY in the annual
Purse String Shoe Box Appeal for needy children.

LEGAL ISSUES:
An arrest warrant has been issued for a resident on WILLOW
PARK for non attendance at Mold County Court over the
payment of pitch fees. Wyldecrest© Parks have also been issued
an order to grant possession of the plot. At SAXON PARK
a resident who refused to pay an electricity bill for £327 has
been ordered to pay the debt by a residential property tribunal,
plus costs of £160, plus interest of £33. The tribunal chairman

Wyldecrest® sponsored some sporting
action at The Troxy in East London
where Alex Reid retained his boxing
title against Tony Giles
declared that the sums claimed by the company were reasonable
considering steeply rising energy prices and were payable. Estates
director DAVID SUNDERLAND said: “It is unfortunate that
residents were encouraged to take this action without realising
the consequences and without taking proper legal advice.”
An application to increase the number of homes by three
on SCATTERDELLS PARK has been passed by Decorum
Council. The company would like to thank the residents who
wrote to the council to support the application.
