& Martin Bollacher) has the time limit of 20 minutes plus 10 minutes question-and-answers period with the audience. Thank you!

IHS2014 Conference topic was proposed in Schloss Beuggen 2012 by Beate Allert and accepted there and then defined further in dialogues with the
Steering Committee of the International Herder Society and the previous IHS president Ralf Simon. For a successful Grant Writers’ Seminar and
Workshop during spring semester 2013 and into fall 2014 I would like to thank David C Morrison whose guidance helped me gain the Global Synergy
