Das Kind hat das 14. Lebensjahr vollendet und schließt sich der o.g. Bestimmung an /
willigt in die Erklärung ein. The child is at least 14 years old and consents to the above selection/declaration.
Das Kind führt bereits einen Familiennamen und hat das fünfte Lebensjahr vollendet.
Es schließt sich der Bestimmung des Ehenamens der Eltern an und führt künftig den
Familiennamen The child is at least five years old and already has a last name. He/She consents to the selected married
name of the parents; the last name will, therefore, in the future be
