Act as an IT project manager. ・Agreed IT projects have been carried out in accordance with standards. Maintain an IT service level at a high level. ・Clarify the target service level (define evaluation items, which can be used to evaluate the service level objectively). ・Monitor the service level, and take actions to correct any gap between the expected level and actual level. Page 2 of 2 Compliance and life cycle management ・Ensure that systems of which one is in charge meet requirements of compliance. ・Review a life cycle properly, and take necessary corrective actions.
