募集要項
* Responsible for booking and reviewing transaction data (invoice, voucher, payment data).
* Correspondence with external Asset Managers as well as internal Property managers
* Need to work very closely with staffs
* Provide accurate and timely financial reports
* Ensure placement of effective internal controls and compliance
* Have a high motivation to improve the work process and teamwork.
* Manage task assignment for members and arrange the team meeting.
スキル・資格
* Experience at Real Estate/Financial industry with Property is preferred
* Experience in accounting, AP and/or AR transaction management is required.

* Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers and co-workers.
* Work under pressure with tight deadline
* Advanced PC skill is required, especially MS Excel is must.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and finance management.
* Strong communication skills to build strong relationships with the business, the team, and other stakeholders.
* Based on business type, English skill is preferred. Native Japanese is required.
* Experience as a leader.
