募集要項
A global insurance company is currently recruiting for the role of Solution Design Architect. Joining the program
management department, you will take a technical lead position, developing solutions and designs within projects in
cooperation with project managers. An individual with bilingual (J/E) skills, professional consultation experience, and the
ability to clearly articulate views will be a good match for this role.
Responsibilities:
Provide consultancy services to customers, including gathering requirements
Analyse existing applications for migration planning
Co-work with implementation engineer in the early phase to transfer design knowledge
Provide basic knowledge transfer sessions to ATSD engineers
Work with project demand managers to support solution dispatching
Requirements:

Familiarity with application development framework (e.g., Struts, Eclipse), IBM middleware (WebSphere, MQ,
FileNet), RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL), and integration middleware (WebMethod, API Gateway)
Experience with DevOps methodology (OpenStack, AWS, Azure, Gits, Jenkins)
Professional customer consultation and communication experience
Basic project management skills
A willingness to learn new technology and skills
English and Japanese fluency
