GTA(個人旅行)ブランドにおきまして、OTA/Wholesalerセグメントでの営業職を募集します。
OTA/Wholesaleセグメントでは、GTAのホストコンピューターとお客様のホストコンピューターをXMLのインターフェイスでつなぎ、
ネットでの予約を中心に行う日本のマーケットでWeb展開している会社がお客様になります。
営業は、変化し続けるグローバルマーケットの中で、お客様のニーズをしっかり受け止め、パートナーとして豊富な専門知識と信頼で
きるサポートを提供・提案します。

Primary Objective:
The primary role of the position is to work closely with existing clients to maximize business opportunities, as well
as explore and acquire new clients in the OTA-Wholesale Segment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the
jobholder is responsible for producing results measured by sales revenue and profit targets in line with budget.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external clients
Collaborate with trade partners and key customers to initiate targeted marketing and promotional campaigns that
will generate interest in products/destinations and create business opportunities
Implement tactical approaches to tapping new markets/clients/distribution channels
Understand clients’ business, identify and report market opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities
Active problem solving and complaint handling, through working closely with internal departments to provide
prompt response and resolve complex operational issues.
Other duties as and when assigned by manager.

Required Skills and Capabilities:
This position is required to have product/sales knowledge, the relationships with business critical customers or is
accountable for the delivery, development.
Planning and organisational skills
Self-motivated and a good teamwork player
Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
Experience & Qualifications:
Analytical, logical and able to build up processes well
Task-oriented and possessing good business acumen
Proficiency in written, spoken English and Japanese
Degree holder with over 2 years’ experience in Sales/Revenue Management/Marketing, in travel or related
industry is an advantage
Experience in dealing with online travel business segment will be an added advantage
Aggressive, creative and strong in numerical analysis
