Over the past few years, younger brewers have been developing new sake products. And along with the globalization, the industry has been renewing records of export amount and volume of Sake. It is hoped that people from many countries will enjoy this event and learn about the charm of sake. On the day, Jeff Berglund, who lives in Kyoto for 39 years and is familiar on TV will give an enjoyable talk. In addition, dishes made of Japanese ingredients that match with sake will be offered. There will be a plenty of proud Sake of breweries from 47 prefectures. There will also be a bar counter prepared where attendees can taste and compare sake.
