The Challenge: Utilizing a $2,000 USD operational budget, and $400 USD in Facebook Ad Credits, you will be challenged to consider how best to counter the current online presence and narrative of extremism through the development, implementation and analysis of a unique initiative, product or tool designed to counter the online messaging and recruitment efforts of extremist groups. The Goal: Implement a social media and digital campaign in the form of an initiative, product or tool to counter the online presence of extremism. Your strategy should motivate, empower and encourage others to become involved and take action in countering violent extremism. Your campaign will also be considered on the possible merits of building out your concept globally.
