Vista Alegre is located in the district of La
Bonanova, a serene residential area southwest of the
centre of Palma. The neighbourhood sits proudly 100
metres above the city, allowing privileged and exquisite
views of the whole bay of Palma. A short walk away
takes you to the charming Bosque de Bellver with its
spectacular hilltop castle, one of the most famous
medieval circular castles in Europe, with breathtaking
views of the harbour and the old town. To the west of
La Bonanova you can find the Palau de Marivent, the
summer residence of the Spanish Royal Family. The
district Gènova that lies just above
La Bonanova is known for its spectacular caves, and is
home to some of the island's finest restaurants serving

Casa Azul se halla en la parte superior de la urbanización, ofreciendo a sus habitantes unas

Casa Azul sits at the highest point of the
development, with spectacular views of the
Mediterranean Sea and the city of Palma. The eight
apartments set over three floors offer differing typologies
of between one and three bedrooms, according to your
preference. The three apartments on the upper floor
each have their own exclusive roof terrace with private
swimming pool and sun deck, where you can soak up the
rays during the long summer days. The remaining five
homes boast large, partially covered terraces or gardens
facing the sea, on which to enjoy a fresh dinner whilst
watching the sunset over the bay. Casa Azul is accessed
directly via a private entrance on Calle Vista Alegre, with a
lift in the lobby to take residents to their homes.

Casa Verde se ubica ligeramente por debajo de Casa Azul, justo después del infinity pool
y los jardines, e igualmente ofrece espectaculares vistas de la bahía. Las cuatro residencias
de la planta baja disfrutan de un frondoso jardín frontal y jardín trasero, ideales para que
los pequeños puedan jugar fuera pero dentro de la privacidad de su propio hogar. Además,
cada una de ellas cuenta con su entrada privada desde la calle Garita y acceso directo al
parking subterráneo. Los tres áticos de la planta superior cuentan con grandes terrazas a
las que se les suman piscinas privadas. Tanto los jardines comunes como el infinity pool
tienen acceso desde una pasarela situada en la planta superior de Casa Verde, a la que se
puede acceder fácilmente con el ascensor desde las plantas inferiores o a través de una

Casa Verde is set slightly lower than Casa Azul,
below the infinity pool and gardens, and equally offers
spectacular views across the bay. The four townhouses
enjoy landscaped front and back gardens, ideal for
children to play outside but within the privacy of their
own home. Each townhouse has a private entrance from
Calle Garita and direct access to the underground parking.
The three apartments above the townhouses have large,
private roof terraces complete with swimming pools. The
infinity pool and communal gardens are accessed via a
footbridge from the top floor of Casa Verde; a lift takes
residents of the townhouses to the bridge and the upper
apartments have a shared access on the same floor as
their terraces.
