In order to support the business in their further growth we are seeking an initiative Wealth Advisory / Trust Compliance Officer 50-60% Being part of a highly professional team, the compliance officer will provide compliance advice and guidance on fiduciary activities to achieve compliance with legal/regulatory requirements applicable to the wealth advisory and trust related activities. He or she will translate regulatory related requirements and changes into adequate directives and analyse their impact on the wealth advisory/trust activities. Responsibilities: • • • • • • • Maintain a strong working knowledge of laws, regulations and agency guidance applicable to the wealth advisory and trust activities Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments, in order to assess any impact to wealth advisory and trust activities Review and provide compliance risk assessments in connection to new or existing structures Review of marketing and advertising material related to the business Identitification of compliance risks, preparation of compliance and compliance risk reports and measurements to the Audit and Executive Committee Corporate governance tasks for different legal entities of the group Provide training to the employees regarding compliance matters Requirements: • • • • • • • Strong educational background, ideally legal degree, possibly with a postgraduate education in trust (TEP, STEP) Relevant experience working as a compliance officer in a similar function (fiduciary/trust services or related areas) Solid knowledge of fiduciary laws, AML / CDB 16 Excellent analytical skills, ability to deal with complex issues Fluent in English and preferable in German as well, any additional language is an asset Hands-on and flexible teamplayer Solution and result orientated, problem solver with a service-oriented attitude We can offer you a challenging opportunity in a stimulating, inspiring and multicultural environment.
