ATEM 東日本支部会員の皆さま
9 月もそろそろ中旬に入り、皆様お忙しくお過ごしのことと存じます。
さて、支部大会の研究発表を以下のように募集致しますので、皆さま奮ってご応募頂けま
すように、ご案内申し上げます。
研究発表募集要項
以下の必要事項を電子メール本文に記載し、１０月４日（金）迄に ATEM 東日本支部宛
[email protected] に送信してください。
１．発表題目（日本語発表の場合は日本語、英語発表の場合は英語で）
（発表時間は質疑応答を含めて 40 分程度です）
２．発表者全員の氏名
３．発表者全員の所属
４．連絡先（代表者の住所、メールアドレス、電話番号）
５．発表概要（400 字以内、英語での発表は 200 words 以内）
６．応募締切：
１０月
４日（金）
なお、原則として、パソコン画面投影用プロジェクターおよびスピーカー以外の発表用機
器は、主催者側で用意できません。PC はご持参下さい（なるべく Windows PC をご利用くだ
さい）。

Applicants for presentations are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below and
to send applications via email to the ATEM EAST Branch.
Deadline: October 4 (Fri.)
Qualification: The applicants are to be ATEM members whose membership fees have been
fully paid.
Email address: Please send an email including all the following information to
[email protected].
Guidelines
1. Presentation Title: The title is to be written in the language which will be used
for the presentation.
(Each presentation is to be approximately 40 minutes long, including the Q & A
session.)
2. Name(s) of all members who participate in the presentation.
3. Affiliation(s) of each member
4. Contact Information: Address, email address & phone number of the head presenter
are to be given
5. Abstract: An abstract is to be written in no more than 200 words
