Bewerbungsschreiben mit einer kurzen Beschreibung Ihrer Ziele und
Vorhaben als Vorstandsmitglied,
sowie 2 Passfotos,
eine Kopie des Reisepasses,
eine Kopie der Iqama,
eine Kopie des Universitätsabschlusses (von der Botschaft bestätigt),
das schriftliche Einverständnis des Sponsors
eine Bestätigung der Botschaft über den nicht diplomatischen Status und
Führung bei.

Er muss eine Person aus der Kolonie sein, für die die Schule lizenziert
ist.
Er muss ein Mitglied des Schulvereins sein.
Er muss mindestens einen Universitätsabschluss besitzen.
Sein Berufsfeld muss ihm die aktive Ausübung seines Vorstandsamtes
erlauben.
Er verpflichtet sich, die Aufgaben des Vorstandes zu erfüllen. Er legt
seine Vorstellungen zur Mitwirkung und Entwicklung des Unterrichts,
der Lehre und Verwaltung der Schule dar.
Er lässt sich von seiner zuständigen Botschaft bescheinigen, dass er
kein Diplomat ist und dass er gute Lebensführung aufweist.
Er lässt sich von seinem Bürgen bescheinigen, dass nichts gegen seine
Kandidatur zur Wahl in den Vorstand vorliegt.
Er darf nicht ein Mitarbeiter der Schule oder der Botschaft sein.
Er darf nicht ein Mitglied eines anderen Schulvorstandes sein.
Er wurde nicht von einem Schulvorstand bereits ausgeschlossen.
Er hat keine finanziellen Verpflichtungen, ausstehende Schulgebühren
oder Schulden gegenüber der Schule.
Sein Aufenthalts- und Arbeitsort liegt im Stadtgebiet der Schule.
Er besitzt eine gültige Aufenthaltserlaubnis.

Candidate must be from the community to which the school belongs to.
o
Candidate should be a member of school association.
o
Candidate should be a holder of at least a university degree ( copy of
degree attested by the embassy should be attached)
o
Candidate should be of a good occupation that qualifies him to participate
actively in the council.
o
He should undertake to perform what the Board's tasks and necessitates
and shall submit a conceptual work plan for his participation in educational,
administrative work in the school and development of the same.
o
Candidate should submit a written certificate from the embassy his
community proving that he is not a diplomat and he has a good conduct.
o
Candidate should produce an authenticated certificate from his sponsor
proving that nothing prevents him from candidacy to the board
membership.
o
Candidate should not be an employee in the school nor at the embassy of
the community.

Candidate should not be a member in another school board of directors.
o
Candidate should not be previously dismissed from the school board of
directors.
o
Candidate should not be indebted to school or with education fee that are
due to school.
o
Candidate's place of work and housing shall be in the school area or
district.
o
Candidate should have a valid Iqama.
