Dear Sir/Madam,
The UGC in consultation with the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has
constituted the Pay Review Committee for pay revision of academic staff of Universities and
Colleges. The constitution of the Committee and its terms of reference have been notified by
UGC vide its letter No. F.1-312016(PS/PRC) dated 9th June, 2016, a copy of which is
available on the UGC website.
As a part of the process, the Committee would like to collect information and feedback from
Universities on Terms of Reference mentioned in the Notification. For this purpose, a
questionnaire has been prepared and uploaded on the UGC website . www.ugc.ac.in at the
URL : http://www.uqc.ac.in/prcque/Questionnier university.aspx
You are requested to fill up the Questionnaire and submit the same on the above website.
Please ensure that the data filled-in is accurate and complete in all respects.
Please note that this information is being solicited entirely for actual feedback from the
Universities which would help the Committee in framing iis recommendations. I shall be
highly obliged if the questionnaire is submitted, complete in all respects, latest by 20th
September,2016.
