Your Profil
 Project Leadership, Support in Program
Leadership
 Coordinating and monitoring of growth program
 Identifying growth potentials in the region,
developing growth strategy and implementation
 Business and market analysis
 Interface to MD Asia Pacific, Program Leader of
growth program and Head of Finance Asia Pacific
 Coordinating and monitoring of overall growth
program
 Challenging and consulting of all project leaders
 Managing of the regional strategy process
 Very strong communication skills at executive
management level at HQ
 At least Master’s degree in the relevant area
 Experience in business development/strategic
consulting
 Strategic thinking skills: demonstrated ability to
plan and execute and Business planning skills
 Structured, methodical and hands-on approach to
managing business and senior management
 Ability to work independently
 Good team player with strong sense of
responsibility
 Ability to work under pressure and under tight
deadline
 International experience in different cultures
 Willingness to travel
