SWISS as Sales Lead Carrier in market Switzerland is responsible for exploring the market potential for the entire Lufthansa Group (LHG) and its Joint Venture Partners (JV) in the B2B business (e.g. Travel Agents). The Leisure Sales Switzerland Unit is responsible for the leisure sales generated revenue, offline and online, B2C and B2B. In order to maximize our positioning a balanced approach of managing channel efficiency and optimizing reach in the relevant channels is key. Based on the new sales and distribution strategy the unit is further in charge of developing and implementing tools for an effective and efficient market presence in close coordination with other internal departments. Within Leisure Sales the Group and Premium Sales Executive Switzerland is part of a team of key interfaces to our most important intermediaries in Switzerland. She/he develops, steers and promotes the group and premium sales business with the respective agents in market CH. She/he is responsible to establish and manage a portfolio and respective service logic for the respective business of agents within Switzerland. Further the Group and Premium Sales Executive Switzerland handles the commercial agreements with associations and reports to the Manager Leisure Sales & Commercial Projects. Your Duties ● ● ● ● ● ● Achieve revenue/passenger sales and market share targets in assigned account territory for Lufthansa Group (LX/LH/OS/SN) Implement the group, premium sales and MICE strategy in close collaboration with all relevant departments in market CH Development and management of account portfolio and respective service logic for group business, premium sales and MICE Development, representation and promotion of Lufthansa Group towards group and premium business within POS CH Maximize product placement opportunities for Lufthansa Group and partners in relevant channels and monitor optimalpresentation/visibility of products Identify and assess commercial potentials of collaborations with ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● associations, e.g. sports associations for large events. Develop, negotiate and manage respective commercial contracts and? support the related realization of sponsoring agreements Collect and provide market information and competitive intelligence and feed to internal partners. Based on findings initiate or recommend counter measures to ensure competitive positioning and protect revenue/market share for SWISS and partners Planning, implementation and execution of sales push actions Maintain regular customer visits to ensure information exchange and transparency Ensure top service and problem solving for group agents by establishing professional relationships Close coordination within the entire sales organization of LHG, WK and JV partners incl. GVA and LUG sales regions Drive projects and interlinks within all relevant internal departments (Revenue Management, Distribution, Network, Product, Marketing) Close coordination with SWISS GROUPS TOOL / LHG GROUPS TOOL project teams and active promotion and distribution of tool Ensure optimal and in time handling of administrative matters (refunds, special cases, complaints) for LHG Active involvement in customer relations and sales activities.
