Shinichi Yorozu,Ph.D. Deputy General Manager of the IoT devices Research Laboratories, NEC Corporation Shinichi Yorozu received his Ph.D. in applied physics from the University of Tokyo. He joined the Fundamental Research Laboratories of NEC Corporation in 1993, and he was engaged in the R&D of superconducting electronics. From 1997 to 1998, he was a visiting researcher at the SUNY Stony Brook. From 2005 to 2014, he was a Senior Manager and led R&D of quantum information technology and nano technology.
