We are keen on hiring at the earliest possible date an experienced, multi-lingual project manager with a track record in successfully managing international, multi-site, multi-party ICT system development projects (both HW and SW). General Purpose The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of IoT Platform Development projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Lead the planning, realization and implementation of the projects Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plan Manage project budget and resource allocation Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Project evaluations and assessment of results Anforderung: Education and Experience Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or similar Track record in successfully managing ICT system development projects in EMEA Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management capacity Qualification in project management, like e.g. PMI certification Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (waterfall/agile) Proven experience in people and risk management Fluent German and English is a must; French a plus Key Competencies Planning and organizing Multi-cultural communication skills Influencing and leading Delegation and team work Negotiation and conflict management Stellenangebot Nr.: 55555 --- gespeichert am 21.06.2016 --- Seite 1 / 2 Some travel (around 40%) will be required, mainly within Germany, France and Switzerland.
