In this specialized course aimed at our oldest children, we will be exploring each theme through relevant art crafts and/or science experiments. Every day we will also spend time building our reading and writing skills. As part of the curriculum we will also introduce a new “Show and Tell” time where your child can bring in their favorite objects to share with the class. We will be passing out school T-shirts on the first day of the course. Cancelling a Course (please Read!) If you would like to cancel a course, be sure to contact us by phone. If we do not receive notice from you by phone call or message, we will not be able to cancel the course. Please be aware that we have certain deadlines in which the cancellation fee charged will increase or result in no refund at all. Cancelling before 3weeks of beginning of the course : No cancellation fees Cancelling 2 weeks before: ¥10,000 per course Cancelling a week before: 50% of course fees Cancelling 6 days or less before course begins: No refund policy. *In the event fees are late or unpaid and we have not received any contact from you, we will charge a cancellation fee. After the start of a course, if for any reason your child does not attend, is late, or withdraws from the course, we will not provide any refunds. If your child had been signed up for daycare, we will ask for a cancellation fee. In the event the school is closed down due to an earthquake or a typhoon, we unfortunately do not provide any refunds.
