〜ように
has various functions
It can be used like to indicate the purpose of
something:
テストで１００パーセントとるようにがんばっ
てください。
Try hard so as to get 100 on the test.
元気になるようにくすりを飲みました。
I took medicine in order to get better.
Write 2-3 sentences that use the 〜よう form to
express your desires/hopes for this year. You will
write these on the back of the 絵馬that you
design next class.
