平成２８年度第１期分（春学期）授業料免除の
結果発表について（お知らせ）
平成２８年度第１期分授業料免除の審査結果を
６月２０日（月）からお知らせします。
対応支援室の窓口で学生証を提示し、決定通知を受
け取ってください。
なお、一部免除許可者または不許可者の授業料口座
振替は６月２７日（月）となります。口座振替手続を
されていない者は６月末までに通知文書に添付された
「払込取扱票」にてお支払いください。徴収猶予を併
願した者については、８月末が支払い期限となります。
審査結果については、早めに対応支援室において確
認するようにしてください。
※授業料免除申請者のうち、
「平成２８年熊本地震」で
被災した旨を学生生活課に伝えてある者の審査結果に
ついては、後日改めてお知らせします。

Release of the Results of Tuition Fees Exemption
For the First Term(Spring Semester) of AY2016
[Notification]
This is to notify that the results of tuition fees exemption
for the first term of AY2016 will be released on Monday,
June 20.
Please show your student ID to confirm the result at
student support section of respective Academic Service
Office after this date.
Tuition payments of those who get results of Partial
exemption or Non-exemption will be made on Monday,
June 27 by bank transfer. Those who haven’t registered
bank transfer payments shall pay tuitions by using an
attached transfer slip by the end of June. Payment for those
who are approved of Tuition Deferment shall be made with
transfer slip by the end of August.
Please come and confirm the result as soon as possible.
*The result for those who claim to be victims for 2016
Kumamoto earthquakes will be announced later.
