IELTS コース
中級レベルから中級上レベルの学生を対象にした、IELTS 試験の全体の構成について学ぶコースです。
高得点を取得するために必要なスキルや試験のテクニックを中心に学びます。
IELTS 試験でよく出題される分野の語彙や、高得点を出すために必要な表現を学びます。さらに、スキルを伸
ばし、語彙の幅を広げるための自己学習法も学びます。
*ブリティッシュ・カウンシルのＩＥＬＴＳ講座(中央大学で実施)を以前受講されたことがない方を対象とします。

リスニング
IELTS のリスニングに求められるものは何か、聞き取りの方法や必要な情報の聞き取り方を中心に学びます。
IELTS 試験に出題される異なるタイプのリスニング問題も練習します。

スピーキング
IELTS のスピーキングテストに求められるものは何かを学び、目標スコア達成に必要なスピーキング力をつけ
るためのテクニックを学びます。スピーキングの練習をする機会を多く設け、担当講師からのアドバイスやフィ
ードバックをもらうことが出来ます。

ライティング
ライティングテストのパート1 とパート2 について学びます。アカデミックエッセイの組立て方、素早く効果的に書
くためのスキルを学習します。また、ライティングでよく使われる表現も学習します。

リーディング
複雑な長文を理解するスキルを学びます。文章内容の予測の仕方、早く効果的に読むためのスキル（スキミン
グやスキャンニングという方法）を用いて、効果的なリーディングの仕方を学びます。IELTS 試験に出題される
異なるタイプのリーディング問題も練習します。
 語彙
コースはトピックに基づいているので、重要な分野の語彙に焦点が当てられます。受講生は講師からのインプ
ットの後に、語彙を増強していきます。

自習
コースを通し、自習の方法も学びます。自習をすることは本コースに欠かせない要素です。

教材
教材はブリティッシュカウンシルの講師が作成するワークシート、IELTS のリソースブックから編集した教材、模
擬試験問題を使用します。
