TERMS OF PAYMENT/ TERMS OF BUSINESS
Prices plus 5% advertising tax and 20% VAT. Payable without deduction within ten days after receipt of invoice. In case of default of payment, reminder fees and expenses
of collection must be compensated. Default interests: rate of the National Bank plus 5%. The court of jurisdiction is in both cases Wiener Neustadt. In addition, the General
Advertising Terms of the Austrian Periodicals Publishers Association in their current version shall apply. Cancellation before the advertising deadline is possible. After the
advertising deadline we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value.
