More about the places:
Bellamonte it’s one of the most suggestive villages of Val di Fiemme. It was called “the hay mounts”, and
traditionally in the summertime there’s a gathering of farmers. Next to Passo Rolle, where you can admire the
“Thinking Christ” following a trekking path.
Tognola – San Martino di Castrozza it has a beautiful overview on the Pale di San Martino, spectacular on sunrises
and sunsets.
Alpe di Siusi is a wonderful plateau in the Alto Adige area.
It is one of the largest in Europe, used very often in the past
for the pastures during summers. From here you can see
the characteristic shape of Scillar mount.
Lavarone lies and give the names to the plateau.
The WOC 2014 was held here, too. It has a nice small
lake where you can bath during summer.
Ziano di Fiemme is a small nice typical village of the Val di Fiemme. Like many of the villages around, it was hit by
the World War I.
