発達障害（自閉症スペクトラム、注意欠如多動性障害、学習障害、知的障害
等）は、その生物学的な背景や客観的基準に基づく診断・評価については確立
されていない。本研究では、発達障害児・者の発達行動所見や自発的コミュニ
ケーション行動など観察収集が可能な事象をデータベース化し、発達障害の定
量的評価や診断の支援を行う方法論の確立をゴールとし、その基礎的・技術的
側面からの検討を行うことを目的とする。人間系コロキアムでは、特に成人期
発達障害者の言語コーパス構築の可能性やテキスト分析による乳幼児健診デー
タ検討について報告する。
講演２：「A Quality and Meta Analytic Review on SCR studies
on Tablet-based Interventions for Persons with ASD」

This study presents a meta-analytic review of single-case experimental research on
tablet-based interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). A total of
69 studies were identiﬁed to have met the initial inclusion and exclusion criteria. The 69
articles were then evaluated based on the Design Standards developed by What Works
Clearinghouse (Kratochwill et al., 2010). A total of 26 studies that either met the design
standards or met them with reservations were included for further analysis. The Tau-U
e?ect size was calculated to analyze the following variables: age (i.e., preschool-aged,
elementary-aged, secondary-aged, adult-aged), diagnosis (i.e., autism, autism plus
intellectual disability, high-functioning autism), independent variable (i.e., video
modeling, visual cueing, augmentative and alternative communication, academic-related
application), dependent variable (i.e., skills related to employment, self-help, house
chores, community access, school readiness, communication, academic, and challenging
behavior), and generalization and maintenance teaching strategy (i.e., train and hope,
train to criterion and hope, train in natural setting, program common stimuli, multiple
exemplars, introduce to natural maintaining contingencies, multiple strategies). Overall,
the results indicate that tablet-based interventions have a moderate e?ect on improving
various types of skill of individuals with ASD. Limitations and implications for future
research and for practitioners are discussed.
