Tickets Purchase
It’s possible to buy single and day tickets from the bus drivers
or the ticket machine. You will ﬁnd monthly tickets at the
ticket machine, booking offices or you can buy them from the
bus driver (no city bus Heilbronn!). You can book subscriptions
at the ABO-Center.

Timetable Information
Each bus line and railway line arrives at regular intervals at
certain stops. At each stop you will ﬁnd timetables of all the
lines stopping there. You can also get timetable information at
www.h3nv.de and the timetable hotline for:
0049 (0) 1805 - 77 99 66 (14 cents/min. germ. landline, mobile network max. 42 cents/min.).
Fare
The transport district is divided into fare zones (in the shape of
honeycombs). The fare results from the number of zones crossed.
HERE IS VALID THE HNV TARIFF

In the transport association, there is a uniform tariff, valid
for the bus traffic, railway and the city railway system. The
transport district extends to the city of Heilbronn and its administrative district, the district Hohenlohe and partially to
the neighbouring administrative districts (extended areas).

Before starting you need a valid ticket
for each journey!
Passengers who cannot present a valid ticket during a ticket
control are obliged to pay a fare of an amount of 60,- €!
The use of public transport without a ticket is an offence
according to paragraph 265a German Criminal Code.

For the travel from your location to destination you need only
one HNV-Ticket, regardless how often you change - even if you
for example transfer from bus to city railway or regional railway.
Children under 6 years who are travelling with an adult who
is in possession of a valid ticket, can travel free in the public transport of the HNV. An adult may carry up to 3 childs
aged under 6 years for free. There is a reduced fare (single
tickets) for children from 6 up to and including 14 years.

The HNV offers a special mobility ticket, so that refugees/
asylum seekers as well make use of a low priced mobility. The
low priced offer is only valid for refugees, assigned to the city
of Heilbronn and its administrative district.
What is the Mobility Ticket?
The mobility ticket is a subsidised Sahne-Ticket II, that refugees
can purchase every month. The monthly ticket authorises to
travel in every local public transport (bus, railway, city railway)
in the entire zone of the HNV. It is valid for one calendar month
(up to and including the ﬁrst working day of the following
month). The mobility ticket is valid Monday to friday starting
at 8.00 a.m., on weekends and holidays all day.
Who can use the Mobility Ticket?
Where is the Mobility Ticket available?
The free Welcome-Ticket is issued by the initial reception centres. You can purchase the mobility ticket within the following
months at one of the following points of sale. When purchasing
it is necessary to present identiﬁcation and the conﬁrmation of
the purchase of a mobility ticket issued by the city of Heilbronn
and its administrative districts. The name and surname of the
ticket holder have to be listed on the ticket.

All persons, who receive in the city of Heilbronn and its administrative districts beneﬁts from the Asylum Seekers Beneﬁts Act.
How much is the Mobility Ticket?
After arriving refugees receive in their ﬁrst month in the city of Heilbronn and its administrative districts a free mobility ticket (=WelcomeTicket). In the following months persons entitled to beneﬁt are able
to purchase the mobility ticket with an own contribution of 20 euros.
