Bei heutigen Förderanlagen wird zur Materialentladung
und der anschließenden Beschickung der Fördereinheit in der Regel eine separate Grube oder ein Keller
benötigt.
Künftig kann dieses „Platzproblem“ mit der
doubrava Neu-Entwicklung gelöst werden. Hier erfolgt
zuerst die Materialentladung durch den LKW in den
liegenden Kippbunker (KIBU), anschließend wird
dieser durch zwei Hydraulikzylinder in die Vertikale gebracht und das Material in das angrenzende
Förderband / Becherwerk befördert.
Diese Variante bietet nicht nur einen erheblichen
Kostenvorteil, sondern vereint Leichtigkeit mit
Effizienz.

At today’s conveyor plants, usually a separate pit or
cellar is needed for the material discharge and the
following feeding of the conveyor unit.
From now on this „space-problem“ can be solved
with the doubrava new development. Here at first the
material discharge is done by truck into the horizontal
tipping hopper (KIBU), afterwards it is moved to the
vertical by two hydraulic cylinders and the material is
transported to the connected belt conveyor / bucket
elevator.
This alternative provides not only an significant cost
advantage, but merges effortlessness with efficiency.

Ausrüstung:
Der hydraulische Kippbunker (KIBU) wird standardmäßig
mit einem aufgebautem Abziehdosierförderband, einem
Lichtschutzgitter mit Laserreflexionslichtschranke, sowie
einer Rot/Grün-Ampelanlage ausgeliefert. Als Optionen
stehen dem Kunden eine Anfahrrampe sowie ein
hydraulischer Bunkerdeckel zur Auswahl.
Der doubrava Kippbunker wurde auch technisch von
unseren Ingenieuren überarbeitet. Er verfügt nunmehr neben
einem optimaleren Angriffspunkt der Haupt-Zylinder, einem
optimalen Zugang zu Hydraulikaggregat und Schaltkasten,
auch über Zylinderpositionsschalter anstelle herkömmlicher
Positionsschalter und für den Transport einschwenkbare
Eingriffssicherungen.
Des
Weiteren
verfügt
der
doubrava Kippbunker über eine optimierte Konstruktion des
Abzugbandes für einen einfacheren Gurtwechsel, eine neue
Auflagerkonstruktion ohne Rücksprung sowie eine auf nun
3,6m optimierte Transportbreite. Das System wurde auch
statisch
überarbeitet
und
der
„Bunker“
somit
verwindungssteifer gemacht bei einer gleichzeitigen
Gewichtsreduktion.

Equipment
The hydraulic tipping hopper (KIBU) is standardly delivered
with a mounted batching conveyor, a safety light array with
retro-reflective laser light barrier, as well as a red/green
stoplight system. Available options, the customer can
choose from, are an approach ramp as well as a hydraulic
hopper cover.
The doubrava tipping hopper also was revised
technically by our engineers. Now it features beside an
optimized weak point of the main cylinders, an ideal access to the
hydraulic unit and control box, also cylinder position switches
instead of the common position switches and retractable anti
tamper devices for the transport. Furthermore the doubrava
tipping hopper is equipped with an more ideal construction
of the batching conveyor for an easier belt change, a new
bearing construction without setback as well as a transport
width optimized to 3.6 m. Also the system was reengineered
statically and the „hopper“ was made more torsion-resistant
parallel to a weight reduction.
