1. Identify, who you are and give your membership identiﬁcation number - and company name (if you are registered with a company).

5. What kind of injuries? (Tell all you know + what you see - report any hazards on site)

bzw. sehen können, welche Gefahren es ihrer Einschätzung nach gibt/geben könnte)
6. Names and ages of those injured

7. Telephone contact to maintain contact througout the emergency situation.
