LE REGOLE DELL’ACCOGLIENZA — La villetta, villetta plus, bungalow,
appartamento, casa mobile verrà consegnato alle ore 16.00 del giorno di arrivo e
dovrà essere liberato alle ore 9.00 del giorno di partenza. Nel caso di partenza
anticipata il cliente è tenuto al pagamento dell’intero periodo di soggiorno, come
stabilito nella lettera di prenotazione. La prenotazione non è valida se non
perfezionata dall’invio di un anticipo del 50%. Le tariffe sono comprensive di un
posto auto riservato, doccia calda e fredda, luce, gas, biancheria da letto, una
coperta per ogni letto, stoviglie inox, cassaforte, omprellone e sdraio, IVA inclusa. Nel
prezzo giornaliero restano esclusi il cambio lenzuola e tutti i materiali richiesti oltre la
normale attrezzatura. Eventuale tassa di soggiorno non inclusa. Ogni ospite è
pregato di custodire le cose di sua proprietà. La Direzione non risponde, in alcun
caso, di eventuale asportazione nonchè dei danni provocati nel campo da calamità
naturali. Non sono ammessi animali. PENALI: smarrimento chiave cassaforte €

REGELN DER GASTFREUNDSCHAFT — Das Ferienhaus, das Ferienhaus Plus, der
Bungalow, das Appartement, das Mobilheim Superior wird um 16.00 Uhr des
Anreisetages übergeben und muss spätesten um 9.00 Uhr des Abreisetages
verlassen werden. Falls einer frühzeitigen Abreise, ist der Gast verpflichtet, den
Betrag für die ganze Aufenthaltsdauer zu begleichen, wie gemäss Bestätigung
vereinbart. Die Vorausbestellung gilt nur wenn eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 50%
zugesendet wird. Die Preise schliessen einen reservierten Platz für Auto, kalte und
warme Dusche, Licht, Gas, Bettwäsche, eine Decke pro Bett, Inox-Küchengeshirr,
Tresor, Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle ein. MWst. Einschl.. Im täglichen Mietpreis
sind Wechsel der Bettücher sowie andere Materialen über die normale Ausrüstung
nicht inbegriffen. Eventuelle Kurtaxe nicht inbegriffen. Jeder Gast wird ersucht, auf
sein Eigentum selbst zu achten. Die Direktion ist in keinem Fall für Diebstähle sowie
Schäden durch Naturkatastrophen verantwortlich. Tiere sind verboten.

RULES OF HOSPITALITY — The house, the house plus, the bungalow, the
apartment, the mobile home is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival
until 9 a.m. of the day of departure. In case of anticipated departure,
whatever be the reason, the guest is liable to pay the whole cost of the
stay as per reservation made. Booking is valid only after a
downpayment of 50% has been made. The price includes: reserved
parking for one car, hot and cold shower, electricity, gas, bed linen,
one blanket for each bed, stainless steel kitchenware, a beach
umbrella and deckchairs, V.A.T. included. The price does not
include: change of bed linen and hiring of extra services. Possible
tourist tax not included. Guest are also requested to take care of their
personal belongings, since the Direction cannot be held responsible
under any circumstance for losses/thefts or damage caused by bad
weather. Animals are not allowed. PENALTIES: Safe keys loss at € 30,00.
Bracelet loss at € 30,00. WITH PAYMENT: SWIMMING-POOLS, TENNIS
COURT AND FOOTBALL 5-a-side.
RÈGLEMENT DE L’HOSPITALITÉ — Le villa, le villa plus, le bungalow, le appartement,
le mobile home est libre à 16 heures le jour de l’arrivée et doit être libérè à 9 heures
le matin du départ. Au cas où le touriste avancerait son départ, il est tenu à payer le
montant de toute la période du séjour selon la lettre de réservation. La réservation
est valable seulement après le payement des arrhes du 50%. Le prix comprend: un
emplacement pour voiture, douche chaude et froide, électricité, gaz, draps,
couverture pour chaque lit, vaiselle inox, parasol et chaises longues, T.V.A. compris.
Dans le prix du loyer ne sont pas inclus: les draps de rechange et les matériaux qui
ne font pas partie de l’équipement normal. Eventuelle
Taxe de Séjour non incluse. Chaque touriste
est prié de garder ses proper objects de
valeur. La Direction en aucun cas n’est
tenue responsable de vols ou pertes
ni de calamités naturelles. Les
animaux ne sont pas admis.
