Regensburg,
Dear colleagues and friends,
Up to now, the biggest challenge in allogenic transplantation is to understand and manage the
immunology of graft-versus-host and graft-versus-tumor reactions. The GvH/GvL meeting was first
organized by Hans-Jochem Kolb in 1994 and it has since been a tradition of this meeting held every two
years that the latest achievements are monitored, discussed and put yet another step forward. It is a great
pleasure and honour for us to continue this meeting series and host it in the historical walls of
Regensburg. Therefore, it is our pleasure to announce the next GvH/GvL meeting 2016, which will be
held from March 16th -18th at the Thon Dittmer Palais in Regensburg and invite you to join us in March
2016.
As in the previous meetings we aim to have two days of intensive interaction to discuss and develop upto-date concepts within a small group of invited speakers, chairs and discussants.
As in the previous years, we cannot reimburse travel and accommodation, but there will be no registration
fee. As the number of participants is strictly limited to 150, we kindly ask you to register as soon as
possible. We will not be able to accept unregistered participants due to these reasons, and will inform
you, when registration exceeds the number of possible participants.
Please feel free to pass this information also to your colleagues who might be interested.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Regensburg in March 2016!
Yours sincerely
Prof. Dr. Ernst Holler
